Where to get help?


If you believe that you have been treated unfairly, or if you have unresolved issues and disagreements with your educational providers, government agencies or some private institutions, you can always contact the Ombudsman to resolve your issues in order to avoid the serious consequences.

Question: Who is the Ombudsman?

Answer: The Ombudsman acts in the interests of people who have suffered from unfair interaction with various government agencies and some private institutions.

Question: Can international students receive assistance in case of unfair actions coming from educational institutions?

Question: Can domestic students receive assistance in the case when their educational institutions have treated them unfairly?

Answer: All domestic students can get help. You can make a complaint or talk with the Ombudsman in your state or territory. The information is presented in the table below.
